Text: Daniel 3: 25. He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.
Fire in the context of our today’s devotional is difficult situations and challenges we go through in life.
Jesus Christ the son of God is the first man in the fire.
Be rest assured that even before you woke up to realize that affliction, that pain, that barrenness, that delay, Jesus is already there, He is aware and will surely deliver you.
No man is without a challenge in life, but even amidst the fire, be rest assured that with Jesus, it is a walkover.
What the devil had planned to ridicule your faith and bring you shame, Jesus will turn it to good unto you.
Sometimes God might permit a delay, to prepare the best for you.
Even though the fire might hurt you, cause you tears, be rest assured that it’ll not see your end.
As you have witnessed it come, in like manner you’ll see it leave in Jesus’ name.
God has promised to walk with us in the fire and water until we’re completely out of them. Isaiah 43:2.
Are you at the verge of giving up?
Do you think the year is over and all hope is gone?
Can I bring to your notice that God is not limited by time, distance, season or circumstance?
There’s no such thing as too late with Jesus Christ.
Do you know that even before the year started, He knows what the end of the year would be for you?
God might come late from human view and give you the latest.
Despite Hannah’s delay of conception, when God visited her, she was blessed with a son worth more than all of Peninnah’s children. 1 Samuel 1.
Remember again how Jesus quenched the fire that the devil had set up in Mary and Martha’s home even after four days of their brother’s death and burial. John 11.
Wherever Jesus steps in, wherever His name is mentioned, the power of nature is suspended by the supernatural.
It was at the eleventh hour when all hope was gone as the poor widow’s only son was carried to the burial ground that Jesus intercepted their journey and quenched the fire of death. Luke 7:11-17.
My friend, God is still in this business of turning hopeless situations around.
As I studied by revelation, I discovered that the man whom King Nebuchadnezzar thought to be the fourth man in the fire as seen from our Bible text, was actually the first man who has been in that fire even before His children were thrown therein.
Our ability to survive a well planned satanic attack is not because we have prayed, but because Jesus has gone ahead of us even before the attack came.
Beloved cast all your burdens today unto the only one who cares for you and see wonders. 1 Peter 5:7.
Do not ever think or cry that God has forgotten and abandoned you, for He has promised never to leave nor forsake His own.
I pray for you this day, may God arise, fight for you and give you peace in all areas of your life in Jesus’ name.
Bible reading. Hebrews 11.
