Text: Judges 6: 14. And the LORD looked upon him, and said, Go in this thy might, and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the Midianites: have not I sent thee?
We always desire to embark on tasks when we feel we’re ready and well prepared for it.
We want some tangible amount of money before running that project, that Ministerial Vision, that assignment, but today, God is saying; you don’t have to go through all that stress, “Go in this thy might”.
Do you have visions for a business and indeed of some specific amount of money?
Keep the vision, you don’t need to wait any longer, in your little might, the Lord is saying GO! and He will increase your capacity, turn your little might into that great vision.
When we hold on to something in our heart for so long without work, it’ll gradually die.
Every successful man in various spheres of life once had a little beginning.
In Zechariah 4:10 the Bible says;
“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand.”
When God says Go, we must go.
If the Lord has sent You, don’t fear, just go in this thy might.
Gideon was a man who saw little of himself, He saw himself of no reputation, from a poor clan, but God saw a mighty man of valor. Judges 6:12.
As God commissioned him to go rescue his people, the Lord told him to “Go in his might” for all God needed was a human figure who would stand for Him.
God is not sending us because He expects us to do the work, He just wants us to stand in the gap and He does the work through us.
Be rest assured that as He sends You, He will always be there to help You, provide for You, defend You, fight for You, He will be everything to you just as He told Gideon.
Judges 6: 16. And the LORD said unto him, Surely I will be with thee, and thou shalt smite the Midianites as one man.
With God in that business that you have started with a low capital, you shall yield increase.
With God in that little ministry you started out of Obedience to His instructions, the Ministry will surely grow as you remain diligent, faithful and committed.
I pray for you today, my God will give you a surprise in your expectation, just as He did for Gideon with only 300 soldiers in Jesus name.
