Text: Matthew 7: 13. Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
Walking in a tight and narrow path is always difficult, it requires patience and time when you have to walk behind people.
Little wonder why only few are found in the narrow path to God’s kingdom.
There’s a path that seems right unto men, but the end thereof is death the Bible says. Proverbs 14:12.
Many have turned to the broad path of hell, forsaking the narrow path of life.
The narrow way is the way of truth and life.
It is the way of the cross and to God in Heaven.
Happy are those who have found and will still find this path.
The narrow path brings us to a place of total surrender to God.
The fruit of this path is: love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and temperance. Galatians 5:22-23.
Today, God wants you to examine yourself, Stand in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. Jeremiah 6:16.
Come out of the broad path, it is a dead end, a high way to hell.
The broad way makes Everything easy to us and brings maximum satisfaction to our flesh, but the end is death.
By the fruit of this path, you can effectively examine yourself.
Thus; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness and revellings. Galatians 5:19-21.
I pray the Lord keep your path in all fear, trembling, patience and endurance on His righteous and narrow path of life in Jesus’ name.
