But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Gods love for us is boundless. “While we were yet sinners Christ died for us”. We were lost in our sins, not seeking God but God sent His son to die for our sins because of His love. If God responded by sending Jesus while we were sinners, how much more will He respond if we call upon Him now?
Many times when we fall we allow Satan fill our minds with lies of God not wanting to hear us anymore because of our many sins. That is not true, Jesus is waiting for you to turn back to Him (no matter how far you have gone).
The ninety-nine are waiting, Jesus is running after you (Luke 15:4)
Do not keep Jesus waiting too long, repent and make a turnaround from that sin. Even if you have repented of that same sin several times, it is better you go back to Jesus seeking grace to overcome it than allow Satan pull you further away into Hell.
Gods love reveals to us steps to overcome addictions, the more we accept His love, the more we receive strength to break the chains of sin.
Open up to God today in prayers, tell Him your struggles and ask for His help to overcome
I pray in the name of Jesus that as you pure out your heart to God today in prayers regarding your weaknesses, the Holy Spirit will equip you with all you need to overcome that devil. You shall testify of the Lord’s victory. Amen
