Text: Ecclesiastes 4: 9. Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.
10. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.

Life is full of uncertainties, and that is why as a believer, it is important to understand the times and seasons of life.
Every man’s success is tied to another man.
We must, therefore, understand the importance of people God places around us.
Understand that God has specially created everything you need to succeed in the life of the people He sends to you.
Sometimes the counsel of another is all you need, the rebuke, the love, the financial support, the employment of another to achieve all your dreams.

God is perfect in all His ways.
Everything you’ll ever need to succeed, He has created them around you.
To access the fullness of God’s plan, you must prayerfully build a serious spiritual circle, never look down on people God sends your way.
If one can walk a mile, two will walk a thousand mile for if one fall, the other will lift up the fallen.
If you study the scripture carefully, as Jesus walked among men, He prayerfully selected twelve men and ordained them as Apostles and helpmates.
Jesus was anointed but He kept His circle carefully because His purpose would only be fulfilled after His death and resurrection.
Beloved cords of three are not easily broken.
Have you ever wondered why people do public protests in hundreds and thousands?
Because such protest yields great fruit.
As Satan thought killing Jesus would end His purpose, God later raised a hundred and twenty at the upper room and imparted them with power and they took the Gospel all over the world and were unstoppable.
Now imagine how impossible it would’ve been if it was just the twelve or even one person.
Satan tried to stop one Jesus, and one hundred and twenty Jesus rose again.
Beloved there’s power when two or three work together in pursuit of the same purpose in unity.

Elijah was so anointed as recorded in the scripture.
But when Jezebel threatened to kill him, he flee for his life and made careless speeches and prayers to God that made God chose Elisha to succeed him.
Now imagine if Elijah had a partner who was helping and encouraging him, he wouldn’t have fled at Jezebel’s empty threat.
1 Kings 19: 1. And Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done, and withal how he had slain all the prophets with the sword.

2. Then Jezebel sent a messenger unto Elijah, saying, So let the gods do to me, and more also, if I make not thy life as the life of one of them by to morrow about this time.
3. And when he saw that, he arose, and went for his life, and came to Beer-sheba, which belongeth to Judah, and left his servant there.
4. But he himself went a day’s journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper tree: and he requested for himself that he might die; and said, It is enough; now, O LORD, take away my life; for I am not better than my fathers.
Beloved the power of two is better than one.

Again we can see in Exodus 17 as the Israelite warred against the Amalekites, Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up the hill with the rod of God.

As Moses held up his hand, the Israelites prevailed, but soon his hands became weary and each time he brought his hands down to rest, the enemies prevailed.

But as Aaron and Hur supported his hands, they won the battle, revealing the power of three. Exodus 17:9-13.

In conclusion, there is something God has put in every man or woman He brings your way.
Never look down on anyone.
Never despise the people God brings your way.
Until you draw close to them in love and humility, you might never know the gift of God for you.
