The Healer

Text: Proverbs 18: 10. The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it and is safe.

Who is the Healer?

The Healer is Jesus Christ the son of God.

It doesn’t matter how long the affliction might have lasted, the healer is older than the affliction and that is why we call Him “The ancient of days”.
In His word in Isaiah 55:1-2, He made an open invitation to as many that are thirsty, to come and drink of Him and thirst no more.
Jesus Christ heals the body and soul.
An encounter with Jesus Christ makes you whole, it settles the present, future, and the entire situation.

I have seen quite some number of God’s healing power as I ministered not only to people but also to myself.
I have seen God healed a man in a wheelchair of stroke for 8 years.

I have seen God healing ulcers, bladder infections, kidney infections and many more.
The Bible tells us that the name of Jesus Christ is greater than all other names and at the mention of the name of Jesus, every knee bows and every tongue confess that Jesus is the Lord. Philippians 2:9-11.
Whatever be the name of the sickness, it cannot withstand the name of Jesus Christ.

Things to note and understand,
1. There is no limitation to the power of God. Isaiah 40:28.
2. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday today and forever. Hebrews 13:8.
3. The ABC criteria for receiving a perfect healing and wholeness as you pray.

* Salvation: The healing bread is the food for God’s children and God’s children are those who have acknowledged Jesus Christ as the Lord and savior of their life. Matthew 15:26. God can heal an unbeliever but it’s only an invitation for a wholeness and soul healing.
Jesus’ stripes and piercing is for the healing, of those that have acknowledged Him Lord over their lives. Isaiah 53:3.

*Relationship: The place of personal relationship with God, keeps us above affliction and arrows of the evil one.
When we run into the name of the Lord, hide under His secret place, we are saved and protected. Proverbs 18:10, Psalm 91.
Psalm 145:18-19, tells us that God is close to those who call on Him. The place of relationship begins a prayer life with God.
There is a mark placed on those who are friends of God that says; “He suffered no man to do them wrong and reproved Kings for their sake saying; Touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm” Psalm 105:14-15

*Faith: Faith is the power that produces the impossible.
Have faith in God and you will see His mighty hand of deliverance.

To know the healer and start a new walk with Him, say these prayers.
Lord Jesus!
I acknowledge I am a sinner for my sins are not hidden from you.
I confess all of my sins to you this day.
I believe you died on the cross and rose again to set me free.
And I confess you this day as the Lord and personal savior of my life.
I denounce the devil every work of the flesh.
Wash me with your blood and heal me of every affliction. Amen!
