1 Cor 15:1 (Living Bible)
Now let me remind you, brothers, of what the Gospel really is, for it has not changed–it is the same Good News I preached to you before. You welcomed it then and still do now, for your faith is squarely built upon this wonderful message;

With the difference in doctrines for many Christian denominations, it is easy to forget the real deal (the Gospel) and focus on the remnants. The Gospel is the death and resurrection of Christ for our sins. Apostle John wrote it from another perspective in John 3:16.

“For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son so that anyone who believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

It is this Gospel that saves and nothing else. Christ died for our sins and resurrected so that we may have eternal life. This gospel gave birth to the era of Grace in which we live in today.

Our faith is built upon the gospel. As we move into the Easter celebration period, preach this Gospel to someone around you. God bless you
