Text: Revelation 3:20
Behold, I stand at the door and knock: if any man hears my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
The gift of salvation is for all men, no matter how terrible you may appear in your eyes, salvation is for you. Despite it is a free gift, many still miss out on it because of closed hearts. Many hear the good news of salvation and feel it is noise making, some feel they live a comfortable life and are in no need of salvation. Their hearts are closed and their ears deaf to the knock of the savior.
Just as it was in the days of Noah, Noah cried out warning the people of a coming doom. Today, Jesus through his servants is crying out to the lost, telling them of the need to know the truth.
Will you listen to the voice of Jesus? will you give him a chance to father you? will you open up the door of your heart for him to teach you the truth?
The bible says: “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts...” (Hebrews 3:15)
If you have accepted Jesus, is Jesus comfortable in your heart? are you supping with him? is he proud of you?
Remember the word of Jesus “Behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to each person according to what he has done.” (Revelation 22:12)
Prayer: Lord Jesus I open up the door of my heart, reveal your truth to me and help me understand. Amen
