Text: Luke 6: 37. Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven.

As believers, we are called into a ministry of reconciliation and not of judgement. 2 Corinthians 5:18.
God has not called us to judge and cast stones at each other.
Even when a believer falls into a sin, we’re meant to reconcile such a fellow back to God in love and all sincerity of heart.
Even the son of man while on earth, refused to pass judgement on men, tho His judgement would be right yet He never judged any.
He came to save and not to judge. See John 3:17, 12:47.

Do not judge whom God has not judged.
Do not condemn who God has not condemned.
Many believers judge one another.
The fact that your fellow believer makes mistake, is not an avenue for you to condemn, judge and start speaking bad of such a fellow.
Rather use that time of criticism and pray for such a fellow.
Holding on to people’s mistake will hinder your blessing.
The fact that a believer was caught stealing is not an avenue to cast a stone at him.
When we get to the root of such a situation, we would understand it was an enemy that had possessed such heart for such a crime.

Even right in the church of God are believers like the Pharisees who caught the adulteress in John 8.
In Jesus’ words, He said; “Let he that is without a sin, cast the first stone”.
No man is without a sin.
In as much as you judge a man of a particular mistake, deep inside of you is a weakness that you still battle.
For whosoever that claims to be without sin, is deceiving himself. 1 John 1:8.
Let the only one without sin, Jesus Christ the son of God be the judge of every activity of man on earth.
God has called us to be our brother’s keeper.
God wants us to reconcile the weak back to Him.

Take a self-examination on moments you have mistakenly condemned and judged another and repent of such a sin.
Remember, Luke 6: 37. Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven.

Prayer: Lord! help me to be upright in all my ways in Jesus’ name.
Help me to see others as you would see them in Jesus’ name.

Study Matthew 7:1-5.

Shalom!
