Text: Matthew 14: 30. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me.

As a true believer, understand that Satan would do everything possible, use every possible device to sift or even destroy you.
A complete focus on Jesus is a walk into victory and great accomplishment.
Satan can stir up a revolt against you just to distract you and take your focus off the master, therefore, you must be vigilant at all times.

To focus means to set a great concentration, attention and vigilant over an object or an individual with the intention of learning, receiving or becoming and doing exactly like the person whom you have focused on.
Focus is one hundred percent activity.
We’re expected as true believers to keep our focus on Jesus Christ the author and finisher of our faith. Hebrews 12:2.
God knows that in this world, we’ll encounter challenges that will fight our faith, and when we focus on the challenges of life, we lose the focus of God.

Many believers, preachers started well, just like when Peter started on a successful walk on the water.
As Peter kept his gaze and focus on Jesus, he maintained a progressive and successful spiritual walk.
But when he turned his attention to the wind and other side distractions, he began to sink.
Beloved until you go astray, affliction will never come. Psalm 119:67.
Many preachers have lost their focus on Jesus and they’re now drowning in sin, in prayerlessness, and many more that kills our testimony as believers.
Satan will keep throwing baits at you to take you off track.
Daily renew your spiritual focus, through the study of God’s word, through prayer, through prayer and fasting, through spiritual activities lest you lose focus and sink.

Beloved, God knows that we’re nothing without Him.
Jesus knows that it would be impossible for us to walk successfully on waters and that is why He’s always there to help us.
How dangerous would it have been for Peter if he had kept silent without crying out to the Lord for help.
Examine yourself today, and prayerfully present those situations that keep sinking your faith to Jesus.
Cry out to Jesus to help you.
Tell Him “Lord I don’t want to sink, help me”.
And as you do, I assure you of a great spiritual shift and turn around in your life by the mercies of God.

Keep a focus on Jesus, and you’ll never lose a battle.
Keep a focus on Jesus, affliction will never come close to you.
Keep a focus on Jesus, and enjoy a continuous fire experience.
May the Lord bless you and cause His face to shine upon you in Jesus’ name.

Shalom.
