Text: 1 Corinthians 6: 19. What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20. For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.
Sin is an unclean act that denominates us from God.
After God had created the first man and woman, God gave them dominion and placed them in charge of all created thing. But when sin came in their heart, they were reduced to nothing and they lost the fellowship of God. Genesis 3:1-10.
God hates sin.
Even the sinners prayer is an abomination to God. Proverbs 15:8.
There is no such thing as a great or little sin.
A liar is equal to a murderer, a thief is equal to gossip, a masturbator is equal to a fornicator.
In as much as we try to paint it and make it look light, the Bible tells us that the wages of all sin is death eternal. Romans 6:23.
Many young men, women, believers, pastors, are fallen to the sin of fornication.
The enemy have kept lives in bondage as a result of this act.
Many destinies are being destroyed, delayed as a result of this act.
What? Don’t you know that whosoever fornicates with another is one body? 1 Corinthians 6:16
Don’t you know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit? 1 Corinthians 6:19.
Don’t you know that whosoever that is joined to the Lord is one Spirit with the Lord? 1 Corinthians 6:17.
If your body be God’s temple, how would you entertain evil acts that dishonor God’s temple?
Keep your body away from fornication.
Many have lost their marriage, their job, their life as a result of this act.
Our God is love and ready to give you a new start.
It doesn’t matter how many times you have fallen into sin, if you can run to Jesus Christ today, He will make you a new.
God wants us to glorify Him with our body and everything that concerns us, for we have been bought with a High price. 1 Corinthians 6:20.
Flee from whatever that stimulates sin.
If your friends are the stimuli, flee from them.
If the movies you watch are the stimuli, flee from them.
1 Corinthians 6: 18. Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that commiteth fornication sinneth against his own body.
I pray You, Every power that lures you into sin is broken today in Jesus’ name.
