Drop your anchor

Isaiah 40:31

But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

When the waves become great and hit hard against a ship, the anchor is set in place to keep the ship firm. Child of God as the wave becomes intense and uncertainties grow, it is time to drop your anchor. May I introduce you to anchors you can lower even now.

Anchor of Courage

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” (Deuteronomy 31:6 )

Anchor of worship

About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them. (Acts16:25)

When you praise God in storms answer comes

Anchor Purpose

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11)

God has a plan for you and He will definitely bring it to past

Anchor of Church

Let us not neglect meeting together, as some have made a habit, but let us encourage one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching. (Hebrews 10:25)

Though we may not gather physically at the moment, endeavor to meet as families and encourage one another.

As we lower these anchors even at these trying days, may the Lord of peace give you peace and grant you deliverance. Amen
