Text: 2 Corinthians 5: 10.
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
Revelation 20: 12.
And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
In today’s devotion, the Act we’re looking into, speaks about accountability, how we live our life on earth, and how our Heavenly Father see us.
We might not be able to graft in our own book of Acts in the word of God, but I tell you that every man on earth has a book of their Acts in Heaven.
The book of Acts in the Holy Bible, tells us of the wonderful works of the Holy Spirit through the hands of the Apostles. God manifesting His majesty, through the hands of men that surrendered and yielded to Him.
We must keep beautiful records and services in our book.
Nothing you do for the Lord is small or big, just do it faithfully.
In your service to men, do it as unto the Lord.
Wherever God might place you today or tomorrow, handle it as you handle your father’s business.
What would you want to write in the book of your Acts in Heaven?
Pleasing your flesh?
Rising and falling?
On fire today, and tomorrow you got cold?.
No child of God!
God wants us to keep good Acts in Heaven and here on earth, that when people read and see, the saving power of Christ would be revealed.
When you receive the fire of the Holy Spirit, remain on fire. Add more spiritual petrol and woods to burn more for Christ.
It doesn’t matter what you might have written in the book of your Acts, you can still start a fresh page today and live the life of Christ through the help of the Holy Spirit.
May God bless you today and forever.
Lord help me to live a life that would glorify you.
